Membership in the Sheldon Family Association is open to all persons interested in Sheldon (and spelling variations) family genealogy and history.
We ask our members for a membership fee, not to make a profit, but to help support the infrastructure we’ve put together for the benefit of our members. We also use some of our funds to provide donations to worthy organizations.
There is a lot of so-called “free” information on the internet, but something said to be “free” still has costs that have to be covered somehow. Organizations such as ours rely on either membership fees, advertising or donations to cover these costs. In other words, there is no “free”.
We sincerely appreciate the membership fees our members have provided since our inception in 1939, all of which contributed to the success of the Sheldon Family Association.
